Health experts say that one clove of garlic should be swallowed with warm water every morning on an empty stomach.  Eating garlic vegetable on an empty stomach has the following benefits.

Acidity is cured- Eating a clove of garlic every morning improves digestion and cures acidity.  The elements present in it relieve the problem of gas.

Relieves inflammation in the gastric nucleolus lining.  Its ingredients also cure intestinal infections.  The bioactive compound present in garlic cures gastroenteritis.

Lowers blood pressure and prevents blood clotting - Consuming garlic daily in the morning keeps blood pressure under control as the substance present in it stimulates an agent which also prevents blood clotting.

Lowers Cholesterol – The substance present in garlic helps in lowering the cholesterol level in the blood.  Eating garlic every morning prevents the formation of cholesterol oxidation.
